About the standard
Sustainability must be a focus even after farm-out, and buyers in supply chains must be certified to further support farmers to work more sustainably. With the Rainforest Alliance Certification Program, our objective is to verify that the companies that adhere to this reference not only comply with transparency, but also with the responsible business practices of companies throughout the supply chain. Farms, groups of farms and supply chain organizations that comply with all the requirements applicable to the Sustainable Agriculture Standard, and with the processes of the Rainforest Alliance Assurance Rules may sell, ship and/or buy their products with the Rainforest Alliance Certified certification
