Global Standard for Food Safety 
This standard specifies the food safety, quality and operational criteria required within a food manufacturing organization. The rule does not apply to food products that do not go through any process at the audited site or to activities related to wholesale, import, distribution or storage outside the direct control of the company. Global Standard for Storage and Distribution
